Kenny Smith is the student media adviser for The Samford Crimson and teaches web communication at Samford University.
Kenny has won awards and recognition in print, broadcast and online journalism over the years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, a masters degree from UAB and plans to soon continue his tour of prominent area schools in the doctoral program at the University of Alabama.
He reads biographies, memoirs, history. He travels a lot. Takes way too many photographs and is fond of writing bios in the third person.
